We want you to be happy with SocialApp. Here is when and how refunds work.
1. Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14 day free trial that needs no card. You are not charged unless you choose a paid plan.
2. First 30 days of a paid plan
If SocialApp is not right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your first paid charge and we will return the full amount for that charge.
3. After 30 days
- Monthly plans: no refunds for periods already started; you can cancel at any time, and the plan ends with the period already paid for
- Yearly plans: we refund the unused full months if you cancel within 90 days of renewal, less any discount applied
- Add-ons such as AI credit packs: refundable only if unused
4. Not eligible
- Accounts closed for breaking the Terms of service
- Charges from a third-party provider, such as a social network or a payment provider
5. How to ask
Send a request from the contact page with the topic set to support, and include your account email. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days.
