Set up

From brand files to your own domain

Owners and admins set it up in Settings > White Label.

  1. Brand the app

    Brand name, logo, favicon, sign-in image and three colours.

  2. Prove the domain

    Add a TXT record to show the domain is yours.

  3. Point it here

    Add a CNAME record to the address the setup shows.

  4. Verify your sender

    Add the records for your sending address.

  5. Migrate

    From then on your workspace signs in on your domain only.

Branding

Your colours over our layout

The three colours you pick become the primary button, the active item and the side bar. Text colour follows contrast automatically.

  • Preview first

    See the sign-in page and the app with your brand before you save.

  • Your legal links

    Your privacy policy and terms on your sign-in page.

  • Your tag manager

    Add Google Tag Manager; it runs on your own domain only.

On your domain

Clients see only your brand

On your own domain the brand name replaces ours in titles and e-mails, and the links to other products are hidden.

  • Branded e-mails

    Your name and logo, sent from your verified address.

    Your brand name and logo on report pages and PDFs.

  • Client pages

    Client sign-up and the Client Portal follow the brand on any address.

    Each workspace can have its own brand and domain.

  • Kept after a downgrade

    Leaving Ultimate switches the brand off but keeps your settings.

The setup shows the exact values for your domain. Refresh checks them for you.

A TXT record proves that the domain is yours. A claim is valid for 72 hours.

Questions

  • Ultimate. Other plans see what it offers in Settings > White Label with an upgrade prompt.

  • No. E-mails go through the platform’s e-mail provider from your verified address. Custom e-mail shows Not configured until the operator has a provider that verifies sender domains.

  • The operator of this SocialApp installation. Certificates are issued for verified domains only, once the operator has deployed the white-label proxy.
