Reviews from every location in one place

Reviews is a separate SocialApp product with its own plans and its own 14-day trial. Collect the Google Business Profile and Facebook reviews of every location, answer them, ask customers for new reviews by e-mail or text message, and keep each location’s listings up to date.

Reviews collected from

  • Google Business Profile
  • Facebook

How it works

From a location to a new review

The account owner starts Reviews from the Reviews + Listings tab. Everything after that is organised by brand and location, like the businesses it serves.

  1. Add a brand

Group the locations, contacts and campaigns of one business.

  2. Add locations

By hand, with Google autofill, or from a Business Profile or Facebook Page you connected.

  3. Connect platforms

Google Business Profile and Facebook reviews arrive through the official APIs.

  4. Reply

Answer from the Reviews Inbox, with a template, with AI or with rules.

  5. Ask for reviews

Send campaigns and quick requests by e-mail or text message.

A separate product

Its own plans, credits and roles

Reviews shares the workspace and the sign-in with SocialApp, but it is not part of the social media plans. It has its own plans, its own e-mail credits and its own roles.

  • Starter

    Free: 1 brand, 1 location and 100 e-mail credits a cycle.

  • Pro

3 locations, no brand limit, 5,000 e-mail credits a cycle, a team and clients. Prices are placeholders.

  • The trial

14 days of Pro with 100 e-mail credits, started by the account owner.

What it does

Reviews, requests and listings together

Some parts need the operator’s keys or a provider’s approval first; the questions at the end of this page say which.

  • Reviews Inbox

Search, filter and tag the reviews of each location, and reply on Google Business Profile and Facebook.

  • AI replies

A suggested reply in 4 tones and 49 languages, or rules that answer new reviews for you.

  • Review requests

Campaigns and quick requests by e-mail, or by text message through your own Twilio account.

  • Widgets and QR codes

Show collected reviews on your website, and print codes that open your review page.

  • Listings sync

Send each location’s hours, phone number and website to its Business Profile and Facebook Page.

  • Reports

Totals, average rating, response rate and trends per location, per platform or for up to 10 locations, with a PDF.

Review sources

2 platforms whose reviews are collected

Reviews are read and answered through the official APIs of Google Business Profile and Facebook. Other review sites are added as links for requests, QR codes and widgets.

Questions

  • No. Reviews is a separate product with its own plans. Starter is free with 1 brand, 1 location and 100 e-mail credits a cycle; Pro adds more locations and credits, a team and clients. Prices are placeholders, and Pro cannot be bought online yet: contact support to upgrade. The account owner starts a 14-day Pro trial with 100 e-mail credits from the Reviews + Listings tab.

  • Google Business Profile and Facebook, through their official APIs. Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, Yelp, YellowPages and other sites can be added as links for review requests, QR codes and widgets, but their reviews are not collected: none of them offers us an API for it, and copying their pages is against their terms. Replies to them are written on those sites.

  • Business Profile reviews need Google’s approval of the operator’s app, and Facebook needs Meta’s app review. Autofill with Google needs a Places API key from the operator. AI replies need the operator’s AI key and use your workspace’s AI credits. A brand’s own sender address needs an e-mail provider that verifies sender domains. Text messages need your own Twilio account.

  • Yes. They connect through the accounts connected in SocialApp, so each one counts towards your social media plan’s account limit.

  • Feedback forms, WhatsApp review requests, Zapier, the mobile app, a report designer and scheduled report e-mails, buying Pro, extra locations or e-mail credits online, and creating or verifying a Business Profile from inside Reviews. Creating a Facebook Page is not possible: Meta does not allow it through its API.
