Approvals

From a draft to an approved post

A post that waits for approval has no publish job: it cannot go out by accident.

  1. A scheduler writes

Content Schedulers’ posts go to Pending Approval.

  2. The team reviews

Owners, admins and managers with access approve or send back.

  3. The client reviews

Accounts with client approval go to the client next.

  4. Comments stay

Feedback stays with the post, internal or public.

  5. It is scheduled

Approved after its time? It takes the next free queue slot.

Client Portal

Approvals without a sign-in

Send a client a portal link. They see the posts waiting for them, the calendar and the comments, and approve or send back.

  • Links that expire

A portal link lasts 30 days; refreshing it ends every older link.

  • A window of posts

Show a client only the next months of posts waiting for approval.

  • Auto approve

Approve at the scheduled time when nobody answered.

Access

Each person reaches only their accounts

Access is set per account. An account a person cannot reach does not appear anywhere for them.

  • Manage or contribute

Manage access edits the account and any post; contributors’ posts go to approval.

  • Analytics, inbox, library

Switch each area on or off per person and account.

  • Client sign-up link

One link that lets clients register with the permissions you set.

  • Clients without a seat

A client who only views and approves does not take a paid seat.

  • Private drafts

Keep drafts visible to their author only, or share them with the team.

  • Two-factor for everyone

Require two-factor sign-in for the team, for clients or both (Ultimate).
