Write once, publish to every network

Pick the accounts, write the post once and adjust the caption, media and options for each network. Then share it now, at a time you choose or into each account’s queue of posting times.

Eleven networks, one composer

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Google Business Profile
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • TikTok
  • X
  • Pinterest
  • Threads

How a post goes out

From a first line to a published post

Every post takes the same five steps, whoever on the team writes it.

  1. Choose accounts

Pick accounts or whole groups. A post takes one X and one YouTube account.

  2. Write the original

One caption, one set of media and one link for every network you picked.

  3. Customize a network

Edit one network’s tab; the others keep following the original.

  4. Check the rules

Lengths, media sizes and formats are checked for each account before you schedule.

  5. Publish or schedule

Share now, pick a time, add to the queue or keep it as a draft.

Composer

Each network’s options next to its preview

The composer shows an options card for every network you post to and a preview of how the post will look there.

  • Post types per network

Facebook Reels and Stories, Instagram carousels and Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn documents and Business Profile events and offers.

  • Large files, resumed uploads

Videos up to 1 GB upload in parts and continue after a lost connection. Images, GIFs, PDFs and slides work the same way.

  • First comments and mentions

Add a first comment on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and mention people through saved mention groups.

Queues

Posting times that fill themselves

Give each account its posting times once. A new post takes the next free time slot of every account it goes to.

  • Time slots per account

Times for each day of the week, in the account’s own time zone.

  • Queue templates

Save a weekly schedule and apply it to many accounts in one step.

  • Share Next

Move a post to the front of the queue; the posts behind it move one slot later.

  • Repeat a post

Daily, weekly, monthly, or a set number of times over a number of days.

  • Stagger

Spread one post across accounts at intervals from 15 minutes to a day.

  • Pause sharing

Pause one account or all of them; posts that come due move to Unscheduled.

Network options

11 networks, each with its own rules

Choose a network to see the options its card offers in the composer. Options a network cannot take are left out of its post.

Posts, Reels and Stories with a call to action, a link carousel, audience targeting and a first comment.

Questions

  • Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, X, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky, Tumblr. Each network connects through its official API once the operator of this SocialApp installation has added that network’s app keys; Bluesky needs only an app password. The Networks and integrations page shows what each one needs.

  • Yes. Drag it to another day in the month view, or to another time in the week and day views. A delivered post dragged to a future day is scheduled again as a copy.

  • The post is not published. It moves to Unscheduled with the reason, and you can share it now, reschedule it or put it back in the queue.

  • Not yet. Personal profiles publish through reminders in a mobile app, and the mobile app does not exist yet. Business and creator accounts publish directly.
