Bulk Import

From a spreadsheet to a full queue

Bulk Import reads a CSV file without a header row and turns each line into a post for each account.

  1. Download the sample

    It holds your account IDs and dates in your own date format.

  2. Fill in the rows

    Caption, media links, date and time, account ID, first comment and tags.

  3. Upload the file

    Up to 500 rows a file, 100 during the trial.

  4. Review each row

    Fix a caption, a date or an account before anything is created.

  5. Schedule or import

    Schedule the posts, or send the rows to a library instead.

One place for the posts you reuse

Libraries hold whole posts and hashtag sets. Open a post in Create Post in one click, or add a hashtag set from the caption toolbar.

  • Access per library

    Give each person or role Edit, View or No Access. Owners and admins edit every library.

  • Save from anywhere

    Save a post to a library from Manage Posts, from a draft or from the calendar.

  • Sorted by use

    Filter by tag or author, and sort by the last used or the most used.

Feeds that keep your queues full

Add a feed once. New articles go to the queues of the accounts you picked, on the schedule you set.

  • Read on your schedule

    From every 15 minutes to once a day.

  • Nothing old is posted

    The first read only records what is already in the feed.

  • A set number per read

    Share the newest one to five new items each time the feed is read.

  • Article or image posts

    Post the link card, or the item’s image with its title and link.

  • Hashtags, UTM and short links

    Two of your hashtags on X and Facebook, a UTM set and your link shortener.

  • Share by hand too

    Pick any item in Feed Content and share, queue or schedule it yourself.

Questions

  • Premium and Ultimate, and the 14-day trial with up to 100 rows a file. Other plans see an upgrade prompt.

  • Essentials 5, Standard 10, Premium 15 and Ultimate 20. After a downgrade the newest feeds above the limit are locked; you can still delete them.

  • Multiple libraries come with Premium and Ultimate. On Essentials and Standard the first library you created stays open and the others are locked.

  • No. It writes brand profiles, ideas and posts. You add images from your uploads or from Pexels when the operator has set Pexels up; image and video generation is not available.
