AI Pilot and Content Canvas
How AI credits work
Each AI Pilot answer, inbox AI reply and Content Canvas generation uses one credit. See your allowance, when a credit is given back and what happens at zero.
AI features are paid for with AI credits. Every workspace gets a monthly allowance with its plan.
What uses a credit
- One AI Pilot answer in the composer or the inbox.
- One AI reply written by an inbox automation.
- One Content Canvas generation: a brand profile, a set of ideas or a set of posts.
When a credit is given back
A credit is kept back while an answer is written, then charged once text has reached you. You get it back when:
- the AI service fails or refuses the request;
- you stop the answer before any text arrived.
If you stop an answer after text has started to appear, the credit is used: you have already seen part of the answer.
Your allowance
The credit meter in AI Pilot shows how many credits are left this month once you are close to the end. Subscriptions in Settings shows the allowance and what is left. Allowances per plan are placeholders until prices are set; Ultimate has no limit.
When credits run out
AI Pilot says you have exceeded your credit limit, and inbox automations that write with AI wait: the reply is kept for you to confirm once credits are back, with Confirm Reply. Writing without AI keeps working as usual.
The 14-day trial includes 100 credits.
