What each plan includes and its limits

Social accounts, users, clients, RSS feeds and AI credits per plan, which features need which plan, and what happens when you reach a limit.

Each plan sets how many social accounts, users, clients and feeds a workspace can have, and which features it can use. Prices and AI credit allowances are placeholders until final prices are set; the pricing page shows the same ladder.

Limits

Essentials Standard Premium Ultimate
Social accounts 7 15 25 50
Users 1 3 6 Unlimited
Clients None None Unlimited Unlimited
RSS feeds 5 10 15 20

Extra social accounts and users can be added to any plan in Compare Plans.

Features

  • Every plan: publishing to every network, the calendar and queues, comments on posts, the Content Library and the MCP server.
  • Standard and up: team members, approvals, analytics and the Social Inbox.
  • Premium and up: clients, Bulk Import, custom fields, several libraries, custom reports, templates and competitor reports.
  • Ultimate: white label, enforced two-factor and the REST API.

The 14-day trial has Premium's features and account limit.

Reaching a limit

  • Connecting an account past the limit stops with a message. Owners and billing admins see an upgrade prompt; others are asked to contact the owner. Reconnecting an account never counts.
  • After a downgrade, accounts, feeds and libraries over the new limit are locked rather than deleted. The ones you connected or created first stay open; the later ones are locked. A locked account publishes nothing, including posts already scheduled to it, and cannot be picked for new posts. You can still delete them, and they unlock when you upgrade again. Deleting an open account unlocks the next locked one.
  • Features your plan does not include show an upgrade prompt instead.
