Keep posts and hashtags in the Content Library

Create libraries, add whole posts and hashtag sets with tags, sort them by use, and open a library post in Create Post with Add to Create Post.

The Content Library keeps the posts and hashtags you use again and again. Open it from Content, then Library.

Libraries

A library is a folder of content with a name, an optional emoji and up to 10 tags. Owners and Admins create libraries with Add New Library; they can also Duplicate a library with its items and access.

Premium and Ultimate can keep several libraries. On Essentials and Standard the first library you created stays open and the others are locked until you upgrade; locked libraries can still be deleted.

What a library holds

  • Posts: a caption with per-network versions, media, a first comment for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn, and tags. Add one with Add New Content, then Add Post. A post needs a caption or media.
  • Hashtags: a named set of hashtags with tags. Add one with Add Hashtag.

Every item shows how often you used it and when you last did.

Find content

Search titles and text, filter by tags (any of them, or all of them) and by type, show only My Content, and sort by last used, most used or date created.

Use an item

Add to Create Post opens the composer with the item's content. If the composer already has unsaved content, SocialApp asks before replacing it. Hashtag sets can also be added from the caption tools in Create Post.

Items can be copied to other libraries with Copy To, or moved with Move To when you can edit the target library.
