White label

Send e-mails from your own address

Verify a sending address for your workspace's e-mails, add its DNS records, send a test e-mail, and which e-mails are sent with your brand.

With white label, the e-mails your team and clients receive from SocialApp carry your brand and can come from your own address, such as hello@youragency.com.

Verify the address

  1. In Settings, White Label, Domain & Email, enter the address.
  2. Add the DNS records shown for its domain. They prove to e-mail providers that you allow the address to be used.
  3. Choose Refresh to check the records.
  4. Once verified, send a test e-mail to yourself.

Custom e-mail shows Not configured until the operator of your SocialApp installation uses an e-mail provider that verifies sender domains. Until then, e-mails come from the platform's address, still with your brand name and logo.

What is branded

Once your brand is active, e-mails of your workspace use your brand name in place of SocialApp in the subject, the text and the sender name, and show your logo at the top. After you migrate to your domain, their links point to your domain.

The platform's own e-mails to you as its customer, such as bills, payments, support and account deletion, keep SocialApp's name and address.

Not supported

Sending through your own mail server is not supported: e-mails go through the platform's provider from your verified address, so delivery stays reliable.
