White label

Brand the app with your name, logo and colours

Set your brand name, logo, favicon, sign-in image and three colours in Settings, White Label, preview them and see where your brand appears.

White label puts your brand on SocialApp for your team and clients. It is part of the Ultimate plan; Owners and Admins set it up in Settings, White Label. On other plans the tab shows what it offers with an upgrade prompt.

Branding

  • Brand name (required, up to 50 characters).
  • Logo (required): PNG, JPG or WEBP, up to 3 MB.
  • Favicon: ICO or PNG, up to 100 KB.
  • Sign-in image and its background colour.
  • Three colours: the primary colour of buttons, the secondary colour of the active item and accents, and the side navbar colour. Text colour follows automatically for contrast.
  • Links to your privacy policy and terms, shown on your sign-in page.
  • A Google Tag Manager code, which runs on your own domain only.

The type of each file is checked from its content, so a renamed file is refused. Use Preview to see the sign-in page and the app before you save. Discard throws away unsaved changes.

Where your brand appears

  • Everywhere: the side bar logo and colours, and the favicon of the app; client sign-up and sign-in pages; the Client Portal; report pages and PDFs.
  • On your own domain only: your brand name in place of SocialApp in titles and texts, your sign-in page, and your tag manager.

After a downgrade

Leaving Ultimate switches the brand off everywhere. Your settings are kept and come back when you return to Ultimate.
