Build visual and tabular reports

Create a report for one account or many, start from the standard layout, a template, a copy or a blank page, and arrange blocks, text and images.

Reports combine the numbers of several accounts and networks in one document. Open Analytics, then Reports, and choose Create Report. Custom reports come with Premium and Ultimate.

Visual or tabular

  • Visual Report: charts and key metrics on pages.
  • Tabular Report: the raw numbers as a table you download as CSV. Choose a Profile Performance Report (one row per account) or a Post Performance Report (one row per post).

How to start a visual report

  • Standard Report: the default layout of the accounts you pick.
  • Start From a Template: one of the default templates or your own.
  • Clone an Existing Report: a copy of a report you already have.
  • Blank Report: an empty page.

Give the report a name, pick the accounts and choose Create.

Edit the report

The builder works in pages with a 12-column grid:

  • Add blocks from the blocks panel. Blocks no network can fill are marked not available.
  • Change a block's width, move it, or delete it.
  • Add title, text and image blocks to explain the numbers. Images can be PNG or JPEG up to 10 MB.
  • Add or remove pages.

Changes are saved as you go. Removing an account from the report also removes its blocks.

Settings

Settings holds the name, description, logo, number format, whether blocks show account names, comparisons and full numbers, the schedule and the shareable links.

Only reports whose every account you can reach are shown to you.
