Use and save report templates

Start a report from one of the 25 default templates or your own, save any report as a template whose accounts become slots, and edit the default templates.

Templates save the layout of a report so you can reuse it for other accounts or clients. Open Analytics, then Templates.

Default Templates

SocialApp comes with 25 templates:

  • visual templates for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Pages, LinkedIn profiles, X, YouTube, Google Business Profile, TikTok and the two competitor reports;
  • Profile Performance tables for each network;
  • Post Performance tables for each network.

You can change a default template for your workspace and reset it to the original at any time.

Custom Templates

Save any report as a template. Its accounts become empty slots, for example "Facebook account 1". The list shows each template's metrics type, the platforms of its slots and who updated it last. Rename a template with Edit Template Name.

Create a report from a template

Choose Create Report on a template, name the report and fill each slot with one of your accounts. The new report has the template's layout with your accounts' numbers.

Templates come with Premium and Ultimate. Owners, Admins and Managers create and change them.
