Download, e-mail and schedule analytics
Download an analytics page as a PDF, e-mail it, schedule it weekly or monthly, export the post table as CSV, and why PDFs show some characters as question marks.
Every analytics page can leave SocialApp as a PDF or a CSV file. Open Share on the page.
Download and e-mail
- Download PDF creates the PDF of the page for the chosen range.
- Email PDF sends a link to the PDF to up to 10 addresses. The e-mail carries a link instead of an attachment; the link is valid for 30 days and opens the PDF of the period you chose.
- Export CSV downloads the table of posts.
A workspace can send up to 30 report e-mails an hour.
Schedule
Schedule PDF opens the page's report settings, where you choose:
- Weekly, on a weekday, or Monthly, on a day from 1 to 27 or the last day of the month;
- up to 10 recipients.
Scheduled reports go out at 10:00 Pacific time and cover the full week or month before the delivery day. Each report is sent once per delivery day, never twice.
About the PDF
PDFs are drawn by SocialApp itself with vector charts, so they are small. The PDF font covers Latin letters with accents; letters of other scripts print as question marks and emoji are left out. The screen and the CSV keep the full text.
