Sign in and switch workspaces
Sign in with your e-mail and password, enter your two-factor code, pick a workspace when you belong to more than one and switch between them.
One sign-in opens every workspace of your company that you belong to. Each workspace has its own social accounts, posts, team and settings.
Sign in
- Open the sign-in page.
- Enter your Email and Password and choose Sign In.
- If two-factor authentication is on, enter the 6 digit code from your authenticator app, or choose Try Another Way to use a recovery code.
A wrong address and a wrong password get the same message, so nobody can find out which addresses have an account. After several wrong attempts, wait a moment before trying again.
Which workspace opens
With one workspace, it opens at once on its dashboard. With two or more, you see a card for each workspace and pick one. A link that names a workspace, such as an invitation or a share from the browser extension, opens that page in the right workspace after you sign in.
Switch workspace
Open the account menu in the top bar and go to your workspaces, then pick another card. The address bar always starts with the workspace's name, so a bookmarked page opens in the right workspace.
White-label domains
If your workspace moved to its own domain, sign in there. Signing in on SocialApp's address then tells you where to go.
Sign out
Choose Log out in the account menu. It ends the session in this browser only; see trusted devices and signing out.
