Your dashboard and its widgets

The dashboard is the first page of a workspace. It greets you and sums up what is happening across the accounts you can reach.

The widgets

• Publishing Summary: queued posts, posts delivered in the last 30 days, unscheduled posts and error posts.
• Publishing by Accounts: for each account, the posts planned, the errors and the date until which posts are planned.
• Publishing Trends: posts per day, scheduled and delivered, for the current period (14 days back to 15 ahead), the last 30 days or the next 30 days. Filter By networks and team members.
• Tasks: accounts to reconnect, posts to approve or correct, and posts waiting for a client.
• Pending approvals, the Social Inbox, and planning per group or per client.
• Quick links to publishing pages, settings and help.

You see only the widgets you can use: for example, the inbox widget needs inbox access.

Change the layout

1. Choose Edit Dashboard.
2. Add Widget to add one, remove the ones you do not need, switch a widget between half and full width, and drag widgets, or use the move buttons, to reorder them.
3. Save, or cancel to keep the old layout.

The layout is yours: other people keep their own. Publishing Summary always stays full width.
