Library, bulk import and feeds

Review a bulk import and fix errors

Check each CSV row before posts are created, edit captions, dates, accounts and tags, choose accounts for unassigned rows and read the error posts.

After you upload a CSV file, Bulk Import walks through three steps: Upload CSV, Review Content and Select Accounts. Nothing is created until you confirm.

Review Content

Each row is a card with its caption, media, date, account, first comment and tags. Warnings and errors from each network's rules are shown on the card, so you can fix them before scheduling.

  • Edit the Post description, the media, the date, the account, the First Comment and the tags of a row.
  • Select rows to delete them or tag them together.
  • Clear the date to put a row on the account's queue instead.

Select Accounts

Rows that have no valid account ID in the file get the accounts you pick in the last step. If no row needs one, you can skip it. Choosing none for unassigned rows shows "Please select at least one account".

While it runs

The import runs in the background. You can leave the page; reopening Bulk Import shows its progress. When it finishes, the bell tells you whether it worked.

Each row creates one post per account, following the same rules as Create Post: approvals for Content Schedulers, queue times for rows without a date, and the workspace's default UTM set. A retried import never creates the same post twice.

Error posts

Rows that could not be scheduled are listed with the reason for each account. Fix them in your file and upload them again.

Import to Library

Import to Library reads the same kind of file into a library instead of scheduling it. Its columns are description, media URLs, first comment, tags, type (Post or Hashtag) and the name of the content.
