Save posts to a library and reuse them

Save a published, queued or draft post to a library from Manage Posts, the calendar or Feed Content, then reuse it in Create Post on any account.

Good posts are worth using again. Save them to a library from wherever you find them.

Save a post

  • Manage Posts: open the row's menu and choose Save to Library.
  • Drafts: save a draft the same way.
  • Calendar: click a post and choose Save to Library.
  • Feed Content: save an article from an RSS feed with Save to Library.
  • Bulk Import: send CSV rows to a library instead of scheduling them.

Pick the library, give the item a name and tags, and save. You need Edit access to the library. A post saved from one account keeps that account's caption and options as the item's original.

Reuse it

  1. Open Content, then Library, and open the library.
  2. Choose Add to Create Post on the item.
  3. Choose the accounts and schedule the post as usual.

The library item stays as it was; the new post is a copy. Each use is counted, so Most Used and Last Used sorting show what you rely on.

Edit a library post

Opening a library post lets you change its name, caption, media, first comment and tags. Per-network versions saved from the composer are kept; to change them, add the post to Create Post, edit it there and save it to the library again.
