Settings, plans and billing
Pause, cancel or reactivate a subscription
Pause a paid plan for 30 days once, resume early, cancel at the end of the period, cancel a trial, and what a locked workspace can still do.
All of these are in Settings, Subscriptions, for the Owner and admins with billing access.
Pause
A paid plan can be paused once, for 30 days. A monthly plan pauses at the end of the current period; a yearly plan pauses at once. The period end moves out by 30 days.
- While paused, the workspace is locked: posts are not published and their time passes into Unscheduled.
- A pause that has not started yet can be cancelled.
- Resume Now ends a running pause early; the unused days come off the period end.
Cancel a subscription
Cancel Subscription asks why you are leaving, then cancels at the end of the paid period. Until then everything keeps working, and you can reactivate the subscription.
Cancel a trial
Cancel Trial ends the trial and deletes the account. After the questions, you confirm by typing the organisation name and your password (and a code when two-factor is on). Deletion waits for a grace period, during which a banner lets you stop it.
Reactivate
- An ended trial can get 7 more days once.
- A cancelled or ended plan is reactivated by choosing a plan again in Compare Plans.
While a workspace is locked
Reading stays possible: lists, posts, reports and exports. Changes are refused until the plan is active again, except billing, signing out, switching workspace, leaving it and account deletion.
