Suggested Time: pick a good time to post
How the Suggested Time panel picks times from your accounts' posting times, ranked by how busy they are or by when your posts got the most engagement.
The Suggested Time panel appears in the scheduling windows of Create Post. It lists upcoming times you could pick for the accounts you selected.
Where the times come from
Suggestions are always posting times from the selected accounts' queues; SocialApp does not invent times. Choose a Suggestion range of 1, 3, 5 or 7 days, starting from the date you picked. Each day shows up to five times.
Each suggestion shows how many of your accounts share that time and how many posts are already waiting at it.
How they are ranked
- By engagement: when the selected accounts have at least 10 posts with engagement collected in the last 90 days, the times on the weekdays and hours when those posts did best come first. Instagram's online followers count too.
- By queue: otherwise, the least busy times come first, then the times shared by the most accounts.
The hint under the panel says which of the two was used.
When there are no suggestions
If the panel says there are no suggested times, the selected accounts have no posting times. Add some under Edit Account, on the Schedule tab.
Suggestions are not made by AI: they come from your own queues and, when there is enough data, your own analytics.
