Reviews and listings

Add other review sites as links

Add Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, Yelp, YellowPages and other review sites to a location as links for requests, QR codes and widgets. Their reviews are not collected.

Besides Google Business Profile and Facebook, a location can list its pages on other review sites. Reviews uses these pages as links: the place a review request, a QR code or a widget's "Leave a review" button sends people to.

What is not collected

Reviews does not collect or show the reviews on these sites, and you answer them on the sites themselves. None of them offers us an API for reading reviews, and copying their pages is against their terms. The cards say so, and nothing from these sites appears in the Reviews Inbox, the widgets or the reports.

Open Reputation > Review Platforms for the location.

  • Site Monitoring: Tripadvisor, Trustpilot, Yelp and YellowPages. Choose Add Source on the card.
  • Review Links: Foursquare, Amazon, Angi, Bazaarvoice, Capterra, Gartner, Glassdoor, G2, Twitter, Typeform, Wirecutter, Zillow, Influenster and Other for any other site. Choose Add Link on the card.

Paste the full address of the location's page on that site, starting with https://. With Other, any https address works; also enter the platform name.

Card states and actions

  • A link that does not belong to the site, or cannot be read as an address, shows Invalid URL. Use Edit URL to correct it.
  • Remove Source and Remove Link take the site off the location.
  • Review request campaigns and quick requests: each message's review link can point to any platform of the location.
  • QR codes: the code opens the chosen platform's page.
  • Widgets: the "Leave a review" button can open it.

Every link in a request goes through a tracking address, so Campaign History shows when it was clicked. See QR codes and tracked links.
