Reviews reports and PDF downloads
Read location, platform and custom reports of your reviews: totals, average rating, response rate and time, trends, comparisons, full numbers and a PDF.
Reports > Reviews Reports turns the reviews Reviews has collected into numbers for the brand chosen at the top. Reports cover Google Business Profile and Facebook, the platforms Reviews collects.
Three kinds of report
- Location Reports: one for each location of the brand, made automatically.
- Platform Reports: one for each collected platform of the brand, made automatically. Clients do not see them.
- Custom Reports: your own combination. Choose Create Report, enter a Report Name, pick up to 10 locations of the brand and the platforms.
Duplicate on any report makes a new custom report from it. Custom reports can be edited and deleted, except a view-only one (below).
What a report shows
- Lifetime Total Reviews and Average Rating, which ignore the date range.
- For the date range: New Reviews, Average Rating, Response Rate and Avg. Response Time.
- Rating Distribution: reviews per star, and Facebook's Recommends and Does Not Recommend.
- Reviews by Platform and Reviews by Location.
- Average Rating Trend over the range. A Facebook recommendation counts as 1 and a "does not recommend" as 0 in the averages.
Choose the period
- Date range: the last 7, 30 or 90 days, this month, last month or a Custom Date.
- Grouping of the trend: Daily, Weekly or Monthly.
- Compare shows the change against the previous period of the same length.
- Full Numbers shows 12,345 instead of 12.3K. It is saved with the report.
Download a PDF
Download PDF saves the report as it is shown, for the chosen period.
When a platform cannot be read
If a platform needs reconnecting, the report shows a card naming it with Reconnect, and the numbers cover the reviews already collected.

Who can see reports
The account owner, Reviews Admins and Managers see the reports of the brands and locations they reach. Clients see them when their Access Reports switch is on; with View Only, they cannot create or change custom reports.
Managers and clients see only the Location Reports of their own locations. A custom report appears for them when it covers at least one of their locations, and shows only those. When it also covers other locations, it is view-only for them: they can open it and Duplicate it (a client with View Only cannot duplicate), but not edit it, delete it or change its Full Numbers.
